Virtual Speaker Exchange
Sign up to speak at another group’s meeting. In exchange, that group sends speakers to our meetings!

New Bylaws Committee
Midnite Virtual will be electing a total of 5 members to form our new Bylaws Committee. The Bylaws Committee will be tasked with drafting/editing Bylaws - not making final decisions - and will bring updates to the group business meetings, with the final proposed Bylaws being voted on no later than 6 months from formation of the committee. To nominate yourself or someone else for the committee, please send an email to midnitevirtual@gmail.com.

Descriptions of Officer Responsibilities will be included in the upcoming Midnite Virtual Guidelines/Bylaws, to be voted on at a future date. For the time being, we will be using the descriptions from the previous bylaws when we were of the Midnite Group at 220 W. Houston.
